Managed to knacker my temperature sender this morning and very possibly the head I have a spare head but what alternatives are there for the temperature sender itself as I can't find one on Ebay and Norbo doesn't list them. Mine had the spade type connector, not the bullet as I occasionally seen. Cheers Spooch

Yes, something like that, would prefer it to have the spade connector on it though.

I was hoping to get one with the spade connector on it, but for £3.20, I can live with it. Just got to see if I can salvage the head now. Cheers Spooch

Hi , i bought one of these and got a red insulated spade connector and cut the insulation off . Put the cable end over the male of the sender and soldered it on . Nice .

That sounds like a plan, I've ordered the part we'll se how it goes. Don't forget, these senders have a tapered thread so do not screw fully home like the OEM variety. OEB
