Its looking quite rosy, if matching frame and engine numbers, on its first rebore etc.
Bang it all on together as a project, make a point of the matching numbers and watch the bids fly...

Just be honest and list it as you know it with some photos. The oil pump looks to be missing and the cover over the water pump but on the other hand it has carbs on it.

I would lose the carb air filters, they drag the look down and have no value. (they'll end up in the bin)

Try to show the engine number hasn’t been messed with, 4L1 =250 4L0=350 Also photograph the cases above the sprocket as it will show undamaged

Agree with what has been said so far. If you're planning on Ebay, just list at any starting price with no reserve IMO. In the past I've experimented with a highish starting bid versus a 99p starting bid for 2 similar items. The 99p starting bid item went for more money, even without a reserve! The Ebay market is so huge nowadays that it determines the market value of an item you're not sure about. So in my opinion, no point asking for a valuation (as previously stated more than once). Just list it and see.
Incidentally, good to hear that you have manners because as the guys have said, most of the 'valuation' threads end up with the poster disappearing without so much as a 'please' or 'thank you'. Very much symptomatic of the internet age unfortunately.
