can anybody explain to me how the powervalve controller gets its signal? I've got my zeel wired in as the instructions, when I power the bike up the powervalve goes through its cleaning cycle,I can't run the motor yet as I'm not that far along, the pv controller normally gets it signal from the cdi but now I haven't got a cdi lol,I can't see any connection between the zeel and the pv controller, can anybody enlighten me? Thanks

I take it you are using a Zeel that does not do the pv's so you are using the original pv controller
The trigger is the black/yellow wire at the cdi and the pv controller

And yes mate, your right I have the basic zeel using the original controller

The Zeel should have a wire allocated to the pv trigger or pv standard rev counter out put that should connect to the black/yellow wire on the wiring loom on the same block as the orange coil feed
