Anything to give a sense of scale or size?
Look a bit like the springs on your seat catches.

Looking great! I also love the French blue.
I have an F1 in the Gauloises style blue scheme. I love it.

Looking really nice now, much prefer a stripe down the muddy too, sort of 'finishes' it off. Also came across some very similar springs while fiddling with mine this weeked, they look identical to the pilot light spring thats hidden by the rubber cap?

The later French blue scheme had the stripe but I suspect like the red colour schemes the pearl will be different
It is pearl white isn't it?
It always looked funny on the early red/blue bike that the muddy was all red

Such a nice clean build. Better than new when finished.

Such a nice clean build. Better than new when finished. I was fortunate to have a good base to start from

Hi, can you expand on the process for painting the plastic ? What prep work do you carry out to make the paint stick

Hi, can you expand on the process for painting the plastic ? What prep work do you carry out to make the paint stick Hiya, degrease first then I rub down with scotch pads very fine coat of primer and then apply black bumper paint and laquer. Have done this on a few projects with good results

Bike looks lovely, the blue colour scheme is great, are you using plastic primer before painting the plastic parts ?

So i know its a been while so little update. All fluids are now in apart from fuel as only this week fitted fuel tank. All cables now fitted she does run after fun and games with carbs flooding. I do have slight oil leak from gear box seal so purchased new bush and seal and fitting tomorrow along with neutral light switch. Should be able to finish off fitting all pnels as well tomorrow.
