Has anyone fitted an alternative slightly wider rear wheel on a YPVS F2 ? I want to do it purely for aesthetic value, I have a FZ600, FZ750 and a RD500 rear wheel available in the same style as the original wheels so would look standard apart from the rear view (it's good to see a nice rear end !), has anyone fitted one of the above and what needs to be done / machined ? Any experience and advice appreciated to make the job easier PS I want to retain the original swing arm if possible

IIRC? Rear tires at 130 rub the chain.

Hi I fitted a Tzr125r Belgarda rear wheel and caliper carrier into an F2 arm - really easily. 140 section tyre - no problems with chain run; DSCN3808 by dusty miller, on Flickr Dusty

I've witnessed the chain chew on a 130 tire sidewall....albeit on a Valvie wheel. Only plausible explanation being that tires can vary in actual rubber width, despite their nominal size identifications. Remains as Klever to check first for fit.. when going for the fat girl tire 'look'.
