Just fitted a billet world hydraulic clutch slave cylinder to my 350lc hybrid, with a gsxr1000 clutch master cylinder
Clutch action is very heavy, any one fitted one of these slave cylinders can advise what is a better choice of master cylinder to get a lighter action?
Thanks Nick

Thanks Nick Magura, but not cheap. Got talking to a Brit in Italy with a Ducati and I was saying shame about the heavy clutches. His had magura master and slave and a baby could have pulled it in with his little finger.

Yep, Ive fitted Hebo kits to Kawasaki KDX250SR and Magura to KTM640SC, both had heavy clutches with cables, but were 'little finger smooth' with the hydraulics.

Stock Valvie with A fresh Yama clutch cable is Both Smooth and with Very light action. One of the best features of the bike. Even a bit Better than on My 600RR.. truth be told Seriously Suggest ...Not effing with it ... blindly.

Chatted to Dean and he uses a 16mm brembo radial master cylinder
The gsxr one I have is 1/2 inch bore so should be easier to pull if my hydraulic knowledge is right, but mine you need to be a gorilla to pull in!
Only thought is could be sticking piston but was fine from memmory to pull in before bleeding

Force at the lever depends on the bore differences Got a bespoke hydraulic clutch on my yellow bike which is nice and light and the master is 14mm and the slave is from memory about 34 (GSF slave piston) As if you have a big difference in bore sizes it gives you a large hydraulic “advantage” Here are a few pics of the unit I made to give you some idea of the size of the slave cylinder and piston Best wishes Al
