No big surprise there😳 I work for a very big medical device manufacturer and during production are fully dressed in clean room clobber and face masks as it has been know for years that just breathing near the products can lead to microbiology contamination that then can put the end user / patient at risk That why even now visits to the supermarket once ever two weeks are like this as nobody out there seems to be taking it serious and social distancing is a joke Some people think it’s too much but my take on it is the same as wearing seatbelts. Chances of you having a prang and needing it are very low but you still wear one just in case Take care all Best wishes Al

When this first started we all I think as a society thought it was over blown, now if I go to the supermarket ( I normally do online) wear a face mask gloves etc I’ve even taken out my cbrn resi from storage.

The nature of my work means that i am sometimes resting on my colleague or both together handling heavy objects in precarious positions. Sweat sometimes dripping on each other from each other. We still get fed all the Blah Blah rules but it is not possible to do our work any other way.

I also live in a village. To be honest working everyday inside a tin can (boat) with lots of other different people is a bit unnerving. At the gate they ask me if i have Corona and measure the temperature on my forehead. Thats it

Unfortunately the exact same situation with my work, not a chance of social distancing, company have given lip service with notices about the place stating keep apart, but if that happened nothing would get done, union (RMT) are toothless. Hate to say it, but I really hope less people use the trains, currently the government are paying all costs, wages etc till Sept, then company have to step in, no passengers, no revenue, and personally I'm hoping redundancies are in the offing, selfish attitude as it will suit me, and quite a few others, leave the youngster's to it.
