What do you guy think about the colour of this oil ? it’s only done a few hundred miles im changing it to see if i can solve the clutch plates sticking together overnight

That may explain your clutch sticking
Had to pry plates apart on a clutch I just stripped. Frictions were rusted to the steels
Either water joint o ring or groove in water impeller

Mmmm ill have to look at the impeller the o seal looked fine ,ive got one of those high flow alloy jobbies

A lot of them didn't have a hardened shaft (ooh err mrs) and the seal wore them out fast

Mmmm ill have to look at the impeller the o seal looked fine ,ive got one of those high flow alloy jobbies You didn't re-use the O ring did you? They should be replaced every time an assembly is disturbed. Cheap assurance.

Looks like me pumps fooked And the seal as the spring came out with it So thats a pump,seal and bearing 😡

I personally think that it's one of those seals that needs to be genuine like crank seals etc

Is the shaft grooved that bad?
Pic doesn't show it
May just be the seal failing

Its a bad picture the groove is about half a mm deep
