When you try to increase the revs she bogs down. I took her for a spin and was only happy in fourth at 3500.

Should you not have a 25 or 27.5 pilot in an LC?

Does it misfire or just die if you wind the throttle on? If it dies its to lean and if it slows and misfires its rich. But saying that see if the plugs wet or not. Could also be the old high speed coils in the stator.

Yes, I have Tyga's fitted on a std bike as you mentioned but with the exception that mine is running the standard 220 mainjet. I'm also using the 22.5 pilot jet but it's too lean at the bottom and I've got 25's to try. Otherwise no issues and revs out just fine. The Tyga has a very smooth power delivery and I personally think it's not the highest power output exhaust out there compared to others I've seen on this site. Those thin headers concern me.... My LC is still rich up top even with the 220 main jet....
