That some Munter has touched the glass?
No thanks
I'm down at my holiday home and they have been bombarding us with messages as the bar and restaurant are open for booking for owners only
You can have 90 mins in the bar/rest as long as you are eating or 3 hours at either of 2 sessions in the main lounge. You have to leave in the middle for cleaning and table service only ordering/paying on an App
Tables of 6, one household only at each and no moving seats
Haven't heard anyone I know headed up
Sitting looking at the sea with a beer. That will do 😁

Rarely went to pub before lockdown. Have plenty at home at a fraction of cost without the need for babysitter etc. Don't get me wrong, like going to pub for a beer and socializing, but I could only go once a week for what I drink all week at home. Have I ever mentioned I am a tight ar5e , 😁

I've just had a treat
I thought I was being posh with WiFi in my static van but the guy next door treated me to a pint of draught Heinekin as he has a pump in his 😋

For years now I've rarely gone to a pub, too expensive and just not my scene anymore. All the folk waiting to get in one today, won't that drop off unless all the restrictions/requirements are lifted though? Surely it can't be much fun at the end of the day and that's what a pub is suppose to be right? Same can be said about 'normal' shops with their hand sanitizer stations at the door, I've had enough of it now, I'll not even bother going in, I'll spend my money else where.

Not been in a pub for 7 years now. Can't see the attraction really. A pint that may or may not be iffy for more money than 4 cans cost. Loud. Full of people spouting utter garbage. Toilets I would rather not use. And I can't even have a tab unless I go outside.

Have a shed load of mead scattered around and a demijohn of elderflower wine and a demijohn of kit form chardony (prob turn out like it belongs in the drain) bubbling in the background.... f**k the pub. Just a heads up if you like plonk. Had a bottle of Jam Shed red tuther day, and quite pleasant it was too. (Loads of nice bottles from France still to empty.. fond of Sancerre) I never waste alcohol points on crap...its false economy!!

I've been showing mine for about five years and had a couple of bottles go to the national (If a honey judge deems any worthy of the National they leave a ticket for you telling you its good enough to go to the big one) It was my second attempt. Recommendation? Well if you like champers.. try this offering www.northumberlandhoney.co.uk/sparkling-meadThis couple have put in a tremendous amount of work into the end product as a way of maximising the income from their apiary!! "Any recommendations on a trial bottle"... well its a bit like recommending a beer........so many, and so many excellent ones... and as today...there are more quality offerings than ever before from artisans. I'm not testing any of mine that are racked as yet coz there aren't any shows as yet... but when I do and I come across a belter, I'll send you a bottle veg.

Basically a honey beer, can be flat, slightly aerated or fully aerated, it is brewed with hops and “beer yeast”
Been around in some form or other for about 9000 years in China at least, was the drink of early civilisations

So who was queuing at 6 this morning for a pint? Not me. Whilst I miss a pint in a pub garden, I will continue to drink a pint at home until I judge it is safe to mix with some of the unwashed that inhabit the local drinking establishments

I have been known in the past to be able to eat things that would make a billy goat puke , but have little or no faith in patrons in public houses to do the basic hand washing so can't see me in one for a very long time.

Actually went to Cornwall on the 4th for my holidays as I do every year, pubs are well organized, social distancing in place, big pub garden with outside serving facilities, otherwise waitress service, there are it seems plenty who have stayed at home judging by the numbers on the beach, its been OK
