Hi guys, Contemplating whether to have these rebored or source a good used set to fit if they are good enough on a lower bore or then rebore them. RD250C removed the top end today because it sounded clacky since I got her (piston slap) Noticed they seem like they have been tuned spotted some knife edging to the transfers and noticed the exhaust port seems like a razor to touch not been chamfered. What's the max permissible overbore on a 250c? Not sure if the ports have been raised. So question is guys which way would you go? Cheers, Tom

What ever you do with your new cylinders make sure the sharp edges of the ports are filed off .
