Looking good so far Steve What fitment is that rear master cylinder with the built in reservoir ? Not seen one like that before. Dusty It is a Nissin master from NK with 49mm mount spacing The frame bracket is 40mm and he does Brembo cylinders to fit that either GP style or with a built in res but there is no stop on them so you need a pedal stop on the lever to stop the plunger coming out the cylinder meaning you lose the ability to adjust the lever height The Nissin has a stop and as I'm using levers pivoting off the foot pegs and not the separate pivot points behind the pegs on the frame I reckoned I'd have to mod the bracket or use an adaptor plate anyway Steve

''It is a Nissin master from NK with 49mm mount spacing''
That's good to know too, Didn't realise Nissin did them as well, been thinking about one too, and seen Norbo lists the Brembo type on his site. I'd started looking at KTM/CRF ones as well, as they look similar.

Couple of bits of progress Yoke stem shortened so now fits the frame 😁 Disc spacers made and fitted. Ignore the bolts, just to hold it temp so I can look at Speedo drive and wheel spacers Steve

Either you’ve got very small feet, or those disks are seriously chunky!

Either you’ve got very small feet, or those disks are seriously chunky! Jon Bit of both in that pic Camera perspective making feet look small (size 10 trainers) and the discs look massive They ain't lightweight either as the discs are 6mm thick 😳 Steve

You can actually tell the discs are thick as buggery, this is gonna look damm fine when its done.

He's an illegal 😅 That's my hand me down trainers 😀 Not from anybody, just after a new pair start to go grubby they get downgraded to garden trainers After that they go to DIY/garage trainers to meet their death by grinder and paint 😄 Good pair of Adidas they were Steve

Could have used modern sports discs but wanted to keep the "old school" look I may have got sidetracked by a pair of Billet 6 calipers 😖 Waiting to hear if they will actually fit between the discs and spokes They are spaced as far as possible while still clearing the forks Steve

Hmmm.. Nickel plate, it's lovely and looks gorgeous. Somehow more lustrous than chrome but it's a pain in the arse and will corrode easily. The Nickel on my Rickman has suffered and will need replating..

Left hand rear wheel spacer made to line the wheel centrally now The Bandit brake caliper bracket was way too chunky so had one made out of 10mm plate then 2mm machined off opposite faces to centre the caliper on the disc Now got the measurement for the RH spacer so once that's made the wheel is ready and I can get a tyre fitted Also managed to get a bearing cup to fit the headstock so another little thing sorted Front wheel spacers next Steve

Looking good Steve The caliper bracket looks more trick than a standard Bandit item anyway, so worth the effort Dusty

Nice work so far Steve, looking really good.
Are you going to use Able for your anodising? My brother got some stuff done by them a while back and it didn't turn out that great. That was, to be fair, getting well worn parts re done as opposed to new bare metal. Looking forward to seeing how they turn out.

Front wheel spacers done and wheel in all fine and dandy Pity the rear isn't as straight forward Cush drive has squeezed in more meaning I have 1mm too much space now and rear caliper needs moving 2mm towards the arm 🙄
