No Works off the battery Steve thanks steve . can you tell me , do the barrels need to be torqued down and if so how with the nuts where they are located ? do you know the torque on the head nuts of hand ? ta

Can't remember the head, either 18 or 20, I'd have to check in the morning
Torque the head before the base nuts (Just have them finger tight)
There is a special tool to torque the base nuts. NK racing sell them
Back in the day I used to just use a ring spanner on them and tighten at diagnals
4 fingers straight out at 90 degrees to the spanner and tighten as much as you can with an open palm

head torque is 18ftlbs, I do them to 20ftlbs, no issues with that, an 8mm bolt/stud will easily take 30ftlbs, noit that I am suggesting you tighten them to that as it will stretch them !
