Bit of an odd one, fluid is pumping through the line to the front caliper and will come out the bleed nipple but it won't build any sort of pressure to activate the caliper pistons. I've stripped it all, checked for blockages, checked the lines, tried different lines, different banjo bolts and 3 other master cylinders.
Any idea what's up?

Try forcing it up from the calliper with a syringe, it may be trapped air, even though the fluid is coming from the bleed nipple ie. gravity.

Just fill a syringe with brake fluid and pump it in where the bleed nipple is?

Close off the nipple once you have filled as much fluid as possible, either the syringe method or vacuum pump method. Then pump the brake lever slowly maybe 30 or 40 times. If still not 100% then cable tie the lever back to the handlebar and leave it over night.

I have never had an issue by filling the "empty" system with a syringe method. Obviously through an open bleed nipple. You just need to make sure you dont overfill the reservoir. If that fails, maybe the master cylinder has been built up incorrectly. I had a master cylinder with the copper disc out of place and it baffled me for days, until I got an exploded view.
