Hi everyone.
I have a set of RZ forks that came with my imported RD250LC but I’ve now fitted the standard 250 forks back in. They’re a wider diameter and are air adjustable. I wanted to advertise them but not sure what they’re worth, I know it’s wrong to advertise something with out a price so thought I’d ask first because I really have no idea. Only other set I can find are from Australia and asking quite a bit of money. I don’t want to ask stupid money but didn’t want to give them away either. Any idea from anyone would be much appreciated. Cheers Lewis

Would depend on condition whet are the stanchions like? Good chrome? Leaking oil? What’s the alloy on the sliders like? Marked or gouged? They sound like lc2 31k forks which are a good upgrade for an lc, they are 35mm forks not the 32 of an lc, do they come with the yokes?

Comes with both yokes. And yes just measured them they are 35mm so could be the lc2 31k forks, I’d just been told they were rz. Should I advertise as 31k forks do you think? Any idea of price?

They will need rebuilding which in and of itself isn't a problem, new seals , oil etc, if the stanchions are good that may increase the value slightly, but I would have thought similar to Matt around £100 for the forks, and with yokes, £150. you may get more on ebay. They are a straight fit for the lc and are a popular upgrade.

Cheers for the help lads. I was going to rebuild them anyway just for peace of mind, I’ll stick them on eBay when they’re ready.

Stick them onto your LC... where they will do some good. Stock LC forks simply aren't worth using. Unless resale is your motivation.
