Building a hybrid 4L0, with rgv rear and zxr400 front end
Now got it on its wheels and worried about the standard side stand as bike doesnt look stable on it
Anyone got a recommendation of what is a better option that will fit the original frame mount? - seen others have used a speed triple one but not sure if it bolts staight on?
Thanks Nick

Think the fork on the triumph is wider so you need to make a filler for it

Also you need to move the spring mount to the front

Thanks for the replies Just seen one with an 98-01 R1 fitted, anyone know if that goes straight on? Thanks Nick Hi Nick the R1 stand is on my bike in RedSeat Hybrid , it did not fit straight on I cut the centre bush off at the back where it goes through the stand, then made a small bush to pack out the Lc hole in the bracket to take up the slack from the new bolt going through the stand. Also removed one of the brackets on the actual stand and reshaped the footplate a small amount, hope this helps if you decide on this

I have the 2008 R1 on my 251LC, didnt know Perazzi had done the same with the earlier stand.
I found it an easy fit to be honest. Bike leans over a bit more than standard on mine. I have the Triumph on my 421 and Ive used a Ducati as well. All need some work, but its not rocket science.
