Has anyone else already seen less traffic, less people? Roads are quiter here. Heathrow airport is nigh on silent. Quite pleasant not having to breath avgas all the f**king time. This lock down reeks of the facist state but to be fair it had to be done. With a population with an average IQ of 97 (93 is moron level) these idiots need to be TOLD. Just thankful I have a card informing any expected army/police roadblocks that I am a carer and am out because I need to get to my mum.
And still the supermarkets are empty. Went to Sainsburys today and the normally heaving car park had 3...yes 3 cars in it. Shop nigh on empty of people too. I did get some chicken so I was quite pleased.

Whilst the majority will hopefully now try to their best to help break the spread of this ba5tard thing there's a section of the future generation of our country out there stabbing people, selling drug, mugging OAP's, terrorising local neighbourhoods & doing things like this. Thankfully it's "only" a virus we're fighting this time as opposed to what the country relied on previous generations to fight for, we'd be totally f-ucked. Rant over

hardly anyone on the roads at the weekend in Sutherland, (North of Scotland on the NC500 route.. ) pleasant change.. only activity was when the local fire brigade got a call out to a moor fire that was out of control.. only seen a couple of dog walkers out on the streets too. The Kessock bridge coming south on the A9 into Inverness on Monday last week the traffic was its usual delays but on the tuesday it seemed more like a Sunday with only a handful of cars going south..
I heard that there were about 30 camper vans turned away from a site by Ft William..

Noticed the roads were quiet yesterday
Only essential work for me and assessed on an individual basis
Went out to program a commercial washing machine to thermally disinfect workwear
Asked site to clear the area of workers and laundry. In back door at machines, work done with gloves then back out the door
Now if the post office and delivery companies stop we are all stuffed 😖

worse still is some f*ckwits are nicking NHS staff badges/passes etc, which I can only assume is so that they can get early access to the supermarkets etc, I've told my wife to be extra careful as you've no idea what these idiots will do, I've told her that if somebody try's taking it and gets all aggressive, just give them it, no point getting hurt or worse, hopefully the scumbags curl up and die, or need people like my wife to help them, I am sure she'd help them..........NOT !

Maintenance side here, and carrying on as normal, service been reduced by 50 to 60@, cabs are being specially cleaned for the drivers, but saloons where all the public (although less) have been just normal clean, been wearing gloves and sanitizing as much as possible, but several lads now off, tricky times for all.

Yeah the toc I work for is doing way too little to late, they have stepped it up a bit now. Lots of low life traveling when they are meant to be at home. Anybody’s else’s hands sore yet with all this sanitizer because mine ******* are.
