So following on from my post about my son loosing his jobs on Friday we printed of a load of CV's and i spent a few hours with him driving to all the big and med shops in out area every one withing a around 6 or 7 miles and handed in his CV.
Now last week we went out for a shop not a big one, just few things im not in to all this mass buying crap just got what we needed , and all though i didnt see any one with masses of any 1 item the shops were packed 100's packed in doing shopping the big ASDA Tesco's were heaving you could not fined a place to park.
This Sat only about 1/3 of the car park had cars in it and the shops only had a few people in them . The last one we went to was a Tesco Extra a maga store its always heaving and this was prime time sat . It was like a ghost shop. Not many people at all . no f**king loafs of bread loo roll and a lot of the shelves in all of them were empty but the supply chains are running and the shops hardly had any one in they will be full again in no time but no one buying anything as they are all at home .
I hope once this happens all the t**ts who have a room full of bog paper get stuck with it as there is plenty and once morons stop buying 10 12 packs in 1 go the shelves will be full again.
But the point is with in a week its gone from cant move for people with baskets over flowing to just a few people walking round a mega store.
Its f**king crazy out there people . Please keep safe dont be silly and dont think it cant happen to you as it can.

Pro tip: flour, yeast and water are all you need to make bread.

An idea I saw (can't remember where) was that if the supermarkets had locked all their trolleys up and allowed 1 basket person person bulk buying would have stopped instantly.
Hope the Boy gets something soon 👍

It should calm down
Once they have filled every cupboard, the freezer and can't fit anything else in the fridge they should go back to just what they are using
Went by the local dump yesterday and it was queued out onto the road and backing up the dual carriageway. Seems the be taken all the crap out the cupboards to horde more stuff in 🤣
Dump all that RD stuff out the loft guys and get the bog roll in its place 😆

Doesn't stop them going in every day and buying 2 of stuff they really don't need Just got lucky in Tesco 2 milk, 1 fruit juice, 12 yoghurt, 1 loaf, 2 bottled water, biscuits, mince, veg, 4 ready meals, 1 hand soap and a pack of ibroprofen as I've strained myself with the extra time in the shed There was a bit of bog roll but don't need it so didn't buy it Steve

Missus reckons calm is returning to the shops as the tossers have run out of cupboard/freezer space or the media is shaming them to stop it !
Maybe not !
Wait until Boris's speech tonight when we will have lockdown and the frenzy restarts !
