I use Viton o-rings. I think you can get them from Simply Bearings, but you would need to know the sizes.
The sealant is Flue Sealant from Screwfix

Thats a nice idea Rob, I hadnt considered welding to those cast tops, but I would think this will come out well.

I found that my number plate was not getting illuminated with the back light flush, so moved the light back with some spacers.

Looking good rob, paint work only half the story with this bike, so many interesting and purposeful mods.

Love the purple...was wondering myself what a purple paint job with silver decals would look like...

That's a bit like my build, but in my case it was because it was painted turquoise, purple and red and a few other shades including rust!
Keep up the great work.

Mocked up even bigger radiator. This is a modified Triumph TT600 one. The old one was a Thundercat one.

Titanium is good...but why lockwire the mudguard? Or am I missing something blatantly obvious here Alex

The bolts are underneath the mudguard going up into the bottom of the fork brace, so not easy to keep an eye on. Also, I did not want to have to tighten them super tight, so I thread-locked them, nipped them up, then lock wired them so they will never come loose, as they could in theory come undone and touch the tyre...
