Having a mare trying to bleed the brakes on the build
Never used a radial master cylinder before and I know it has a bleed nipple on top to get the last bit of air out the chamber No more air bubbles are coming out of any bleed nipples but still haven't any pressure
Pistons have pumped out , had calipers off forks at all angles , tied the lever back overnight but this morning exactly the same
It was a brand new master cylinder (Nissin) (3/4) new brake lines and new stainless pistons and seals I had from Nick Chambers ages ago
Usually have a bit of a fight but this is refusing big time !

I used a syringe with rubber pipe on it and sucked the air out from all nipples!

It's a 3/4 (19mm) master cylinder , does this sound correct
These parts have been left unused for several years but the rear brakes bled up without too much protest

Reverse bleeding, clamping the lever to the bar overnight, removing the complete system, and angling the calipers so the bleed nipple is the right position to get all the air out ....... can be buggers sometimes to get all the air out.

Can you force fluid in, using a syringe, through the calliper bleed nipple (whilst open). Always works for me on conventional systems.

I managed to do it this morning
I carried on just doing the lever in , crack the nipple open etc and although I didn't see any bubbles coming out. it did finally firm up !

Now clamp the lever to the bar overnight, and maybe that will force any remaining air up into the master cylinder Res.
