Looks good, do make sure that line cannot flap and contact the tyre edge, you might need a clip to hold it for MOT etc.
I did my 421 LC through the swinger like youve done. Its a nice short route and people often comment at how neat it is.

And yes I messed about for ages trying to find the neat rought ,thanks π

Good work mate. Have a look at the off road bike clips, they allow the hose to slide if needed, like when adjusting the chain.

Hi Everybody, Im Chris, I've been lurking on here on and off for over 10 years now. I picked up an old RD250E from a guy i know, it's been off the road since 1987 it is in quite a state so I have decided to make a bit of a special out of it. I do tend to like things a little different. I've been chatting to Dusty, he mentioned i should start a thread. I have a few pictures of how far i have got with it. I'm collecting bits albeit on a budget so far I have an Yamaha XS 400 Import Swingarm & LC monoshock, TZR 250 forks & wheels i will be cutting 50mm off the fork tubes. Anyway here's a few pictures !! Good move with the twin taps Chris Banish that stoopid balance pipe forever - no more fuel over the top of the engine when removing the tank ! Dusty

Thanks dusty , do you think a single outlet tap like a rd 125 tap would have the correct flow rate ?? That also depends if it fits the 250 tank π

I'm going to use the high flow, single outlet Tz style taps that Norbo sells in his shop - they will be more than enough, bearing in mind they are feeding only 1 carb each Dusty
