Love it!
Bike looks superb!
Can i just ask, are you just using the standard temperature gauge or do you have a digital one, what sort of temperature was she getting up to?

Bike looks great.... purposeful I think is the term I am looking for. Running great straight off the bat is an added bonus. Shame bout loss of spark, but that shouldn't be too hard to trace...and sort. Look forward to hearing what the issue is.👍

Its a small Koso Digital and the sensor screws into the head. It seems to average almost 60 C when the bike is moving.
I'm not sure what the optimal temperature is although. I seem to recall reading a post from Kenny somewhere that mentioned around 55. I would be good to know

What a great bike! At a glance it looks totally standard, a nice touch that.

Nice job 👍 Did i spot pwk? Do you use the Airbox? And what is the jetting? Yes PWK33's with CGL Needles with the clip in the bottom groove - i could probably go to a CGK with the clip in the center - 158 mains, 52 Pilot Jets no air box. just a couple of UNI filters. If anything its a little on the rich side but its maybe a bit better like that

So i think the problem with the ignition is wiring as the spark seems to be intermittent based on how much i mess with the wiring. I've tried different coils and I assume of the zeel fails it would fail completely. I also came across this post that was very helpful when testing the stator and pickup - rdlccrazy.proboards.com/thread/41218/hybrid-wiringI'll probably make a new harness and get rid of the OEM loom as I'm sure most of those wires are no longer needed and go from there. It won't do any harm tidying it up anyway
