Hi just an update on chain hitting frame/tyre, ok now swinging arm is fitted with spacer and refitted into frame nice and tight all wheel aligned up and looking good, also checked from centre of spindle to wheel spindle both sides. Front sprocket now needs to be smaller by 3mm, this I achieved by laser and fishing line, now have 12.6mm clearance between frame and centre and the same on the tyre to centre

Hopefully all sorted soon as I spoke to Nigel (no) went through everything and measurements from the sprocket shaft, now have a new spacer coming for ypvs and I think it’s a 9mm offset sprocket coming, 👍

Hope its nothing as serious as the above, the red seat and the large LC logos! Glad your getting it sorted and hope you get a chance to ride it before the bad weather.

The fan will only be of benefit when sitting in traffic, as the airflow from moving along will be far higher than the fan can produce.
Hi Rob yes getting there slowly, there is a lot of traffic in todays times so just fitted it to help out a bit when stuck in it, tank and panels etc all at the painters said it would be about end of Feb so it will fit in ok for getting finished in spring
Hi guy’s I’ve been doing a bit on the forks fitted new seals and bushes and then set about polishing the outers ( what a job! ) I see you guys build fantastic bikes and did not realise how much work and time is involved so hats off to you all. The bottoms were all scratched also so decided to paint those bits they look much better than when I started but not perfect, the putters I polished also have some heavy marks in places it looks like it could have been brake lines. I also thought I would tidy up the rad so polished the top and repainted the rest, just need now to get to Norbo and get some bits trouble is I want nearly everything he sells! .
