My LC is a hybrid with a TZR250 2MA front end and then TZR rear wheel, brake caliper etc modified to fit into the standard LC swing arm.

I have been speaking with Metmachex about purchasing one of their swing arms and if we can get it to fit my current TZR back wheel and brake setup.

When I did this conversion I used the standard TZR rear brake calliper holder, we turned this around and cut part off, then powder coated. Fabricated a torque arm from alloy. It works and the chain align is good, apart from I had to shave a little of the inside of the swingarm for the sprocket carrier bolts to clear and have new spacers made.

So comparing my set up to a Metmachex swing arm, it does look a little to much home made and not that neat, so looking for someone who could make a new brake calliper holder and torque arm to fit this new set up and make sure I have correct chain run etc.

I would also explore using a different smaller rear calliper if anyone has thoughts on that also and can recommend one.

Any thoughts please.

Here you go caliper was £125 fitting by nk was part of a lot more work that cost me about £2k but that was swing arm, front end incl anti dive etc etc
