Just ordered a new adjustment mechanism for the clutch that goes in the right hand engine cover doesn’t come with the screw and but the screw on mines is knackered anyone replaced these with a suitable Allen bolt?

Yes you can use an Allen screw , but it’s not so easy to tighten the locknut
Grub screw is best , but a bolt with the head cut off and a slot cut in it to fit a flat blade screwdriver will suffice
