I have some stuff knocking about , some of which was once a priller rsv Mille , gen 1 I’ve seen Valentino meijer’s build using these bits , looks bloody brilliant So apart from forks and a few odds and sods it’s mostly there , I mention this to my mate Pete and he offers me a 636 Kawasaki minus the engine and electrics for . Well not a lot This will turn up over the next few days and may or may not be a goer Still think the priller frame is far sexier than the kwack bits
Will report back in a bit

The RSV make a good frame for the 500 because it's thin compared to a inline 4. If the Kawasaki is like an R6 the engine is also used as part of the frame. How about using the Aprilia chassis and reverse the cylinders?

Might just use the fork legs
I have a Mille they are BIG. but the Kawasaki is ugly and it’s been streetfightered, badly, would rather use the Mille frame and swinging arm and probably the wheels
Any more thoughts etc much appreciated

Little trail fit yesterday, it fits but the biggest issue found so far is going to be pipes .ill take it off the ramp and see how ridiculous it looks , but it’s not as bad as I thought it would be Loads of room which is a lot better than a Mito or the yammagamma Mike

Hi Mike I would look at lifting the front of the engine higher into the chassis and move it back further to reverse the cylinders. Plenty of room to shoot the pipes out the back.

Got some time in the garage today , bit of tidying up and got this of the ramp Took some of the tat off it and it looks promising , feels very light to roll about , but will probably gain another 20kg or so Gunny was round and seemed to think it had potential Mike
