So I've been busy on some of the bikes, slowly they are coming together. The Triumph has fought me all the way through, nothing fitted well, it took a lot of fiddling to get it to look right, but I think its worth it. One thing I should remember is don't strip a bike down then move house, three years from stripping to rebuild, I forgot how it went together, and Triumphs are nothing like jap two strokes I just hope the RD500 won't be so hard, thats been stripped for 4 years and I doubt I'll start rebuilding it anytime soon. Are the alloys on the Triumph the trusty Lester variety?

Yes, they are Lester Wheels. Fitted as std to the T140D.
