What does the part look like? It's the little clips that hold the fuses. Like in a household plug Luckily I've just found 2. One even has the right coloured wiring lol Steve

Next disaster
The 9mm offset sprocket arrived
With the sprocket and ypvs spacer the chain want to run through the frame 🙁
Change spacer to one 5mm thinner and the chain "just" clears but the chain run is now out by about 4mm so looks like I need to machine the carrier down more

Question for you steve. Which fuse do you use for the igni? I used 10amps.

I used 10 amps as well, for no other reason than it was the circuit i tapped the power from.

That is a good uportunity to go for flat mini fuses. 🤗 I have ordered both a blade type 4 way fuse box and a replacement box. I'm using 10a too but 5a is plenty Steve

God I wish I could like that something done that quickly..... So does it line up now? Phil I'll tell you when the new SS sprocket bolts arrive 😉 He's a good old boy, usually turned around in a couple of days but surpassed himself today in 2 hours I laughed when he said it took longer than expected as it wouldn't fit in the lathe so he had to turn down a bit of nylon to fit in the jaws then sandwiched the carrier in to cut it down Steve

Got the servo motor bolted in and fitted the new cables from Muttsnuts Fuse box repaired and feed for ignitech soldered in Need to get the battery fitted and find an lc wiring loom as got a bit of resistance between the tail light fuse and the battery. Typically that's the one I tapped the Ignitech feed to 🙄 Steve

Got the LH case fitted now. Was waiting on the 2 new dowels arriving but then when I first fitted it I noticed the gear change hole was sloppy so ordered a 14mm drill bit and a ypvs crankcase gear change shaft bush. Drilled out the case then fitted the bush. Nice fit now 😁 Steve

The correct length bolts arrived for the rad guard so drilled out the spacers (standard rad m5, Chinese m6) and fitted it permanently. Trimmed a couple of mm off the steering lock tab so now has a functional steering lock (not that I'd leave it parked with just that) Double checked the oil pump setting then fitted the carbon oil pump cover Steve

Made a mounting plate and bracket for the Ignitech. Also had to take the rear wheel off again as the fecking new tyre and newly coated rim aren't getting on Losing 1psi a day 🤬 Refitted and another new valve just in case Decided while the wheel and caliper bracket was off I'd drill the caliper bracket and spacers and for a couple of roll pins to hold it all together which makes wheel removal and befitting a lot easier Steve

Cheers, Phil

Come on Steve get that imposter out your cave your hybrids skulking in the corner It’s come a long way since I last had a read,it looks like one of Dustys builds Come back from the dark side before it’s too late Matt It's ready to move out, just waiting for a dry day now 🙄 Moving it round to the garage before fitting the tank then road test then hopefully call the owner to collect it. First thing to do after the lc is gone is replace the fuel lines on the 385, charge the battery, oil change and fire it up. That will keep me busy while the 3hm1 forks are getting rechromed😁 That and the other 2 31k hybrids 😉 Steve
