welcome m8,good luck with the build and as above any trouble just post it up on ea and u should get some answers. if ur powder coatin the frame and other bits i would make sure u stick some old bolts in all the threads and blank off all holes like headstock and swinger pivot point.

its not as bad as it looks apart from throwing a big end and disintegrating the piston, barrels are original bore gave them a light hone but its gonna need a rebore, its matching numbers and i did get some good bits with it uncut rear subframe, uncut rear guard, lifting handle and seat locks, headstock still has both vin plates riveted to it,also came with a free butterfly or moth in the cylinder head. more pics soon.

Looks like a nice project.
The worse they look the more inclined i am to save them.
Greater satisfaction at the end of the day when its completed.
Id stick with it and rebuild it, that way you know what you've got at the end of the day and you will enjoy riding it harder knowing it will hold together. ;D
Good luck and keep the pictures coming.

Armstrong Engineering at the bottom of Westgate Road in Newcastle used to be very good for re-bores etc! Not too far from Durham
