Did the declarations require some sort of inspection of road worthiness by a 3rd party agency?

I just listed my mods over the phone and that was it. No engineers reports. No photos even.

I use Adrian Flux for cars (mine is classed as a classic) and an LC. My car is heavily modified but all the mods were discussed on the phone with them. Car is £149 a year. A slightly modded LC last time was £90 a year. Alex forum.suzukiclubuk.co.uk/download/file.php?id=19522
