2 quick questions lads, one, were the footrest hangers laquered? and 2 how the f**k do you get the exhaust bungs out?

Hi Matt, footrests wre not laquered as far as i'm aware, junior hacksaw blade through the gap in the rubbers and re-attach to the saw, chop rubber out first, then gently through the steel insert, be careful not to cut the alloy, that's how i did it. When pressing the new ones in make sure the orientation is the same as you took them out! Andy.

I didn’t mate, bit of lube big vice and a nice fitting socket to wind it in, it does have a slight chamfer on one side so that pops in first, obviously from the back of the hanger. Good luck.
