quick question lads, my bike is spitting oil from somewhere, i thought it was powervalve seals, but i have recently replaced these, i have on close inspection found the left exhaust to be loose. would this explain my oil splatters? Yep, you might have to use the old coat hanger trick to get a good seal

I dont think the plugs are the same
I have a similar situation with the bike I am building just now and have a zeel for the big motor
Wiring diagrams are available from Zeel if you are up for a bit of wiring. Just get some compatible plugs to keep it tidy

If your old one is buggered then just cut the plugs off and use them, dead easy to wire up. If your stuck let me know done loads of them👍

You will need to cut the connectors off the old cdi and solder them to the new one, fix the Zeeltronic in place and cut the wires to the correct length - they look a little long.

Is the old CDI scrap? If so, you can cut the cable off and join the wires to the wires from the Zeel, so you don't have to take the connectors apart.

Br8es are resister
B8es are not resister
Just means there is an inline resister. Power valves need them

Yes there will be spare wires
Quick shifter input, shift light, 1 pulse per rpm tacho feed are the usual suspects
Take the 12v feed from the pv controller brown wire
