lads, are the indicators on an lc2 self cancelling? or push to cancel or what?

UK bikes were self cancel, not sure about the euro model as euro lc didn't
Should be a small box above the cdi
You can cancel by pushing down but think it was 30 seconds or 200 metres (something like that) when moving would self cancel assuming the reed switch in the Speedo was working

does anyone know what sort of magic tool the japs use to screw the top fairing bolts in on an lc2?

Have you painted the inside of the nose fairing? or is that as it was?? Im wondering if one can be tidied up are even hide the fibreglass finish.
Your bike is coming along really well, looking great.

That does make a massive difference, can I ask what paint you used? I wonder if I can do the same on my RD500, the inside of all the plastics let it down.

Satin black 2k or 2 pack I think it’s called. My son did that for me in’t job.

Slightly sand blasted it first to get a good key. Then 3 -4 coats of paint with a proper gun. Gives a great finish
