Andy Just read through this build of yours with interest , looks well nice that mate , I’m in the middle of a similar rear end set up as yours only difference is I’m putting a R1-z 250 wheel (which I believe may be the same sizes as yours) in a standard F2 arm , is there any info you could share with me please , ie : 1: Is the welded rear hanger lug a specific size ?, 2: Any spacers on the wheel spindle needed? 3: Is the wheel a fairly easy fit ? 4: Does the chain run line up without too much bother ? Thanks mate Ian Hi Ian, 1: The lug was 20mm diameter, M10 tapped through middle, can't remember depth but i fitted the Tzr hanger and measured from the underside to the top of the swinger, 20mm rings a bell? 2: I fitted a 2mm shim on the sprocket side between the spacer and the swinger, be easier to machine a new spacer 2mm bigger than standard if you have a lathe. 3: Wheel drops in no bother at all. 4: The chain run is great with the 2mm shim, but don't be tempted by a 150 tyre, it's only a mill off the chain, i have just ordered a 140 this time, will give me a 6mm gap. When i did the lug i bolted it all up, shoved the wheel forward and drew round it with a Sharpie pen, gives the exact location to be welded onto the swinger, pretty easy really. Hope this helps. Andy.

Andy Thanks for the advice, much appreciated mate . Just to pick your brains again a bit more on point 2, I've only got the spindle and carrier and wasn't supplied with any original spacers, i have a lathe so no problem turning some up but would you happen to remember or could you measure the length of them for me so i can be sure i've got it bang on. I apologise for being a pain in the a**e, i just want to get it right as its my first build and learning all the time. cheers again
