V angle too wide and the whole bike looks too long. Not for me.

Wonder if you get a free sample of beard conditioning oil and some artisan chinos when you buy one of these? Too much of a fashion statement for me...

Theres a chap that took his to quite a few of the local meets around me last year, fair play, he rides it quite hard, they do look and sound amazing in the flesh and really draw a crowd...I like them anyway!

It is as bad as the repo Vincent that used a Honda Vtr/Sp1 engine or the new 'Hesketh" which is basically an american motor. CCM's however are gorgeous. I even like the Ariel as it isn't trying to be something it isn't. If brough were still making bikes they would be the equivalent of Bimota (well until they went tits up again) subsidiary motor and bought in cycle parts etc. Not this awful mess

I like them personally but I wouldn’t pay the price they go for. I really liked the look of the new model on their stand at the nec , it was called the pendine goo.gl/images/3EPA8r

Saw the CCM at Goodwood earlier in the year - they are fantastic ‘in the flesh’, although finish wasn’t perfect. I spoke to Ben Clews the son of the current owner and he told me it was designed by a former TVR Car designer, which makes sense when you think about TVR’s designs over the years.

Ultimate lottery car for me, and it would need to be a big win, would be a KOENIGSEGG, mental for such a small company, and sound brutal.
Missed that Bentley program Steve, what channel was it on so I can see if I can get it on catch up?

Hi I'm not really up to date on new bikes - don't recognise half the new models out on the road, but I gotta say I love the look of those new CCM's. Practical Sportsbike did an article on them in the latest issue, and I've had a look at a few YouTube vids. That flat tracker - the FT6 - looks awesome. Now that is one "new" bike I would love to own. Are they expensive ?? Dusty

Dusty 9k I believe Dusty, lad I was with at the bike show put a 500 quid deposit down, id certainly consider one if i had the spare floating about, and I thought id ride it enough to justify the outlay, lovely looking thing.

Had a lot of time around tvr’s have family that have both owned them and drive them as well earn a living working on them, that’s why I have a 997 c4s, yes Nigel I know it’s not a real 911 😀

They are cracking motors and just seen the the new 500 hp griff I do love the lack of any driver aid, and having driven numerous griffs chimis Tuscans t350’s etc I do love them but I like to know I’m going to get to where I want to without it breaking down, bits falling off etc, Deffo Summer cars though esp with the v8 burbling away although the 6 is a good motor

I think it sometimes depends on whether you had a Monday morning or Friday afternoon car. Do you use tvr power for service work? What do you have?

I use David Gerald over in Redditch, combined with classic world racing a few years ago, good guys, and its an imperial blue Griff 500

Lovely motor, know the owner of power and family member used to be a tvr specialist, and my older brothers mate put a Tuscan challenge car on the road many moons ago. So they are actually close to my heart but I prefer mine to be more efficient.

If i was going to spend that sort of cash on a bike it would have to be a Norton Domiracer...

Aren't the Domiracers a £20k bike ? I like the look of them too but the riding position wouldn't suit my dodgy back unfortunately. The CCM Flat tracker or Scrambler would suit me more - dreaming now of course as I would probably never buy one anyway, but I do love the look of them - the Scrambler especially Dusty

I've seen a couple come up for sale circa £40k now...

Hmmm, but how quick did they actually take delivery of the bikes? The nortons do look lovely but for £20k + there are much nicer bikes available. I like the CCM's they look great and are pretty real world things that I think you could fall in love with during owner ship, thats a rare thing these days, a mate has ordered one but the price alters quite a lot when you start specking it up but then so does everything.
