Need to decide which Zeeltronic to get ! Got the Athena top end so no powervalves But may revert to a YPVS top in the future ? Plus the one Zeeltronic does away with needing the high/low windings on the stator ? Or get the Zeeltronic already set up so plug in jobby ?
Plus with the a Athena top end, I'm expecting more of a flat spot/lull in the midrange, so would programmable timing help through the transition ?

The other side !
I like the shadow it has left !
So hopefully now I can bolt stuff on the giant jigsaw
Want to sort the brakes out , the brake lines should be standard from the splitter to the calipers, then a custom pipe to the radial m.cylinder I have
The rear will need to be a custom line too

After feckin about with washers to try and get the clearance with the master cylinder and swingarm, hopefully sorted now and need to order some spacers
The little M6 hole on the m. cylinder mounting bracket is for a nylon swingarm bobbin that will bolt behind and support the bracket so it won't want to rotate when you dab the brake Really poor design IMO

After ignoring these since I had lost one of the clamps, I have now tackled the feckers !
I had the clamps anodised black too which I have since changed my mind
Thanks to Stusco I attacked the anodised finish with oven cleaner , so back to alloy again but will be spraying the brackets that hold the headlamp black , so why on earth I didn't just get those anodised black and left the clamps bare is a bit of a f##k up LOL
NK Racing is making a replacement clamp but said 4 weeks
I had to drill the indicator holes out to accept the standard LC indicator stalks too
Bit more forward !

The Ducati front mudguard is now shortened and in the position it will stay in so what do you think ?. It will need some alloy strips to hold it on , front and back and I will paint them black to match the mudguard when that is finished in black

One potential problem which I have completely missed is that inside "strap" on the mudguard is close to touching when the forks are compressed and the large upper tube passes down Ducati forks must be wider spaced than RGV ? I will make the alloy plates to fit and flex the mudguard straps in a bit if I can or its going in the bin LOL

Painted the head now !
The plumbing out the top of the head is going to be interesting as the hose has to go 90 degrees to miss the radiator as the Athena head has the outlet in the wrong place ! Then I wanted to connect the go kart thermostat , then a small bypass connector for the bleed pipe then somehow route it to the top radiator connection

Getting the clocks sorted, not the best but the speedo is a UK one Tacho has a new face
Don't know if they are functioning , but will find out soon !
Had a bit of trouble getting the wire routing out the bottom of the clocks
Here is a thread to show the way they go ( Thanks to oldelsieboy)

Wow well done Nigel. Hose wise I used wire reinforced hose that allows you to bend it without it deforming had to use it on the feed to the head from the pump 180 degrees and from head to radiator. Good stuff.

Had a go at the brackets for the front muddy, they will be painted black to blend in as will the mudguard
Opinions please :-)

With black brackets that will look great I think. Thing is if you have to ask for opinions the nagging seed of uncertainty is there. It's unique and will grow on you. Go for it I say.

Think it's ones of my Bollox LOL

Fit the upper end of the rear brackets to the inside of the muddy and it should look a lot better
