That would make nuttytart feel a whole lot better in herself wouldn't it ..................................and me I don't suppose you have the clock wiring harness, cherry speed sensor ( no pun about cherry's ) temp sensor and ohm resistor by any chance as well ;D So what price to a fellow buddy, mate ,comrade, friend then

I decided to go for the acewell clock's in the end as they came my way at a very nice price and they don't take as much fitting as the R1 clock's The only thing is they don't have temp readings so on the look out for a diddy digital one if anyone finds one

For coating they blast it and mask it They use a foil type tape, takes a bit of getting off though and always best to clean threads out after with a tap

I would say that is a good price A fair bit of work to blast and mask a frame but if it saves money then thats got to be good

just file the gap out where the chain rubs or leave the chain n it will wear wot it needs ;D I've filed down the ribs on the inside of the casing but it's not enough! so I think I may have a go at making a couple of my own gaskets and see if that will work Cheers guys for your great comments

Dave, this is how the ignition ended up like! just need the bracket powder coated so that it blends in and then fit my Koso temp gauge in the space left.
