Hi i Thought i would post some pics of my NI i bought to restore, Frame and yokes bars switch units all powder coated , swinging arm sprayed. Wheels at powder coaters all nuts and bolts replaced with new s steel now slowly rebulding every part cleaned powder coated or painted, Final job will be the engine missus keeps saying i treat it like a baby what does she expect it will probably take me nine months to finish wiil post more pics as i go along

I am going for white as that was it original colour, i have managed to get a brand new red and white seat cover with Ypvs on it so the R6's can read what has passed them, the decals i got from norbo, hopefully it should be on the road by end Feb. Norbo dont mind moving to rebuild section just happy to share my project with other LC nutters Will post more pics as i go along

Latest update Tank pannels posted to today to Dirt Bags, brakes bled all electrics working Jobs left Paint barrels head clutch cover Polish ali bits and microns fit engine fit tank pannels when i get them back MOT Tax
Hopefull on the road end march

The glass in my master cylinder has started to leak any one ever fixed one before if so how? need some help please will also post some more pics now engine painted

If you remove the clip from the inside of the master cylinder the window shout push out. There is then a small "O" ring which can be replaced, I used 1 from a set of "O" rings from an Ice ceam machine (used to fix 'um). I've had no further leaks.

painted the barrels and head with PJ1 fast black satin black engine and case paint, which did a really good finish ;D the exhaust are hanging up in my garage i nicked the units from the kitchen when the missus back was turned best fitted out garage in the street. ;D Norbo think youre right aly covers would look good will invest in some shiny ones

Local bike shop sells it, must admit i was surprised by the results, photos some times make things look better than they seem but not this time my head and barrels look as good as new the finish is spot on and i am a total novice at spraying. local tom cat can spray better than me ;D

My bike is complete took out on sunday in between the rain goes like sh-t off a stick. pulled over to check for leaks and a bloke came out of his house took a look at the bike and offered to buy it. Turned him down Will post some completed pictures when the sun starts to shine again dont want to get it wet ;D
