I pm'd Paul Dawkins a few weeks ago to ask if he could do it, but never received a reply yes or no. Yamaha will supply a date cert for £40, they want pictures of the bike, frame and engine numbers when I spoke to the woman Cheers JTP Any contact tel. number for the Yamaha woman please? Sorry Saigonmark, it was Moira I spoke to, I gave her the frame number, she confirmed years of manufacture, I asked her if she could reference the original registration number but she wasn't able for me, if it's on the Yamaha database she will tell you it, if not it's £40 for the age confirming letter. She wants pictures of the bike, picture of frame and engine number cheers John

It probably depend on how fussy they want to be. My guess is that if you made sure its well crossed out, and you supply everything else as requested you should be ok. It takes 1-2 weeks for them to send you a new V55/5 form, so you may not want to wait for it. if time is no problem then just get another form.
Good luck.
