Just need the matching fieldsheer leathers and frank Thomas gloves and boots. 👍 I have a set of fieldsheer leathers that very nearly match, the blue is a bit more blue than the bikes purple. They are real fugly.....

So the mirror falling off was a sign! The little cap that covered the holding bolt went for a Burton. So out with the nylon and get the lathe into action, turned up a cap that fitted the hole, making a platform for the Lego riddler, drilled 2 holes in the top and glued 2 5mm shafts through allowing for the fitting of the lego through the legs and secured with a tad more glue. With this it's now just the gold clutch plate and return of the tank.

You need a number plate with "Riddle me this" on the bottom as a logo....

mk2 mirrors as 1st ones were rubbish, although I liked the style they just were, well pants. So had to move the lego chap onto light. also mk2 indicators more in style with the bike. gold clutch plate to fit. Watch out for a feature in practical Sportsbikes next month.

Loving the progress. Will say tho... be careful with those inds. I had a set on my XT500 motard but found they break very easily, just walking past can snap them if you knock them I now run these: www.hightechspeed.com/products/xarc/index.htmlNot cheap but good quality and very very bight for a tiny light. I also run the stop/turn version which works very well.

Russ, you still mucking about with that ! What you been doing with the exhaust, just making some brackets ? Did they like the bike ? The weight of the end cans made the bracket snap off, so made a bracket to join end cans to frame and will get welded this week. Of course they liked the bike, what's not to like?! ;-)
