Aprilia rsv mille r (potential buy)

Hi guys,
Going to look at a bike this sat to keep the lc company and just wondering have any you guys own 1 of these and any pros cons to watch out for..gona be my 1st proper litre bike as had 650 before and 2 strokes.

Any advice?

sprag clutch can be a problem as with any big twin ,but keep battery on a optimate so always fully charged shouldn't be a problem

a lad at work has a rsv mille on a w plate paid £500 for it
tatty but rideable

Wish I had not sold mine, great bike, great sound, can be prone to some electrical issues, just make sure you keep on top of servicing and do not over fill engine oil

had 1 of these sprag clutch expensive to fix,hear it starting about 5 times,listen for rattling,unusual noise

In MCN other week they was reckoning these are a quality buy! Can only go up in price and a fantastic bike to ride
