...Radio Caroline, which is transmitting live again until 2100 tonight, from the Motor Vessel Ross Revenge, which is moored on the River Blackwater, near Bradwell Essex, via the Manx Radio Transmitter on the Isle of Man, on 1368 khz AM. I am picking him up on my own radios on 1368 khz AM, but they are also live online too, via the Radio Caroline website or the Manx Radio website. Nostalgia seems to be a great thing. The soundtrack from the Grease movie!
My 8 year likes watching the original film , think he likes the old '50's hot roads the boys make in class , he esp likes the race in the rivebed with the hub spikes/blades.
Guess its better than watching some of the latest shooting/drug gang type movies.
He's getting into a true petrol head , he will watch Convoy, Smokie and the bandit ,Dual, and Vanishing point also just as I did . I have them all on DVD or VHS . I let him even if some are 15 rating, again less harmfull that the other films I mention above .

Here is another good C W McCall song, if you listen to the words it it quite funny, its a story about a bloke going to buy an old pick up truck......... "Dawgs name was Frank !"
