I think its a 26 but will check.
Had a look at the carb as I set it up as per the manual but found it ran far better at part throttle with the mixture screw 3/4 turn in from stock so have left it there.
Got 45 miles under its belt now.

Ok, heres the bike as its stands. Needs tank graphics and a couple of bits and bobs but all ok until...... At 275 miles, still running in so less than 7k and no more than half throttle it started getting a bit hot (not into the red but over half way) so I checked the rad and its was empty! Checked the header tank and it was completely full. Bugger. Head off and the piston has overheated and started to go through the crown and the exhaust port side has eroded down to the rings. Double bugger. Turns out the face of the barrel had a slight dip, which allowed the gasket to fail and let coolant into the cylinder. Anyway, barrel survived intact so another piston and a genuine base and headgasket and all will be well. These things sent to try us and all that.
