you need to do the NOVA online on the .gov website to get customs clearance to be checked by DVLA
then order a V55/5 from DVLAs website
get it MOTd on frame number and send your i.d, french logbook, MOT + £55 to DVLA

And you need to send your mot insurance and pay for tax and some id hope this helps
