dam near impossible as far as i know, when i dented my rd50mx micron i just got it re-chromed, they polished out the scratches it looked pretty good when done.
(technically you could cut it in half bash out the dent re-weld it and re-chrome but how deep is your wallet?)

the only way it to cut it in half and knock them out from the in side then weld up and rechrome .

i had a go,but to be honest it wasnt really all that good ...you can get these things that you zap onto metal and then use a slide-hammer on them to pull out dents...panel beaters use them.

you can also have dents blown out.......if the metal can take it
all they do is heat up the area thats dented to red hot - then pump in about 200psi.........some places use fluids under pressure to the same effect.
Thats my two-penneth worth anyway

as above realy, ive never done it my self but my mates have,on motorcross exhausts that get bashed to f£&k you can buy a kit to remove dents from m&p and motorcross shops ,the kit contains a few steel plates that block off both ends of the pipe so its air tight.then you use a simple gas blow torch to heat the damaged area up till its red hot and in theory as this happens the air inside the pipe expands thus pushing the dent out, this works fine on a satin black pipe but on a chrome one i would personaly spray it black after to keep costs down or after having it re-chromed you might as well buy a new one,
infact im pretty sure my rm250 has had the pipe repaired in this way by my mate who owned it before,it desnt look perfect but it looks 95% good
