Now is this reasonable or shocking listed as brand new as in never used, I’ve seen them. I’d personally pay £650 tops for them. But let the masses decide the value as mentioned. Jon

Yep Jon mate not that I'd be bidding just thought it was a tad on the rich side but you never know eh I’ve just added up my spend on my 31k barrels for my twin spar build. £300 for the cores with excellent powervalves. £185 for pistons. £80 rebore. £275 tune, and £120 head work; plus post and petrol. Around £1k for cylinders and head. I’d much rather have a set of Mick Abbey tuned 385 cylinders with forged pistons and o-ringed head for less. Jon

I've got a brand new pair of 31k barrels I bought from Yamaha many moons ago!
Think I paid £265 each for them back then so £1100 is not a bad bit of profit!😁

Mmm Trying to sell on eBay with a reserve. Bidder put in incremental bids of £100 until it hit the reserve price, then "retracted" the offer as they had put in the wrong amount - TEN TIMES !!!!...... Anyway ebay user now blocked :-)

Sadly it only takes someone not in the know to think they’ve a bargain and people think eBay is easy. There are plenty of sellers who just keep increasing prices when items don’t sell in the hope that someone with less knowledge buys their bits.

Up for auction and people are paying what they feel fit. Stands on a buy it now for £425 so not an auction brake lines have a start price of £175 which no one is going to start bidding at, so no one is "paying what they feel fit"

It is open to offers and no one has to buy it, I can't see the point in whining about the price of anything. I would like a Lamborghini Diablo but I'm not in the position to own but I don't go on Lamborghini groups having a moan about the price of parts and how they have gone up in value in the last ten years.
