Unknown, but I can produce an oil pump for the big bore kit, should you want to go down that route, instead of premix.

Am guessing it's about a 70mm piston. What model is the piston from then? SDR?

Just trying to workout how it gets to 195cc on a 50mm stroke Max DT piston o/s is 68mm poss a 68.5mm available. A 70x50 gives a 192cc. Unless i am missing something else? Think sdr and DT200 run a 57mm stroke on a 66mm bore for 195cc

After a bit of a google and eblag surfing blaster pistons go right through from about 66mm to 76mm. Sure i read they were a different pin height though. But thats another bridge to cross later eh? Sounds a promising project though.

standard 350lc piston is 64mm. Which is smaller than the 66mm dt175 piston which makes it into the 175 big bore kit. No idea on the little end size of the 350lc or its crown to pin centre height (deck height?) What is the bore size of the kit you have?

Hi again, just wondering if I buy the 66.5mm piston kit does that mean that the bore is opened out to bang on 66.5mm? This is so I can tell my son to open it up size I presume the rings compensate for heat etc? Thanks

66mm bore and a 50.6 stroke the you have 173.11 cc and the pistons is prob a DT175 piston on Std bore, if you are looking for a Re-bore and your cylinder is now 66.00 then you can go to 66.50 presuming there is not that much wear in the bore.

If your running a dt/it 175 piston the deck height may be different to the blaster piston so you may need to jack up or lower the cylinder.is the cylinder an autisa or a stock cylinder relined?

Sounds like someone has fitted a DT200 cylinder and machined the cylinder to bring the deck back as the 200 is 57mm stroke.
