Can anyone shed light on my bikes problem? it just will not run crisply, no power band,i have just fitted a l.e.a.d.a.r kit 220 main jet, standard air box no foam filter or intake trunk.and it runs a micron pipe with racing reeds and ported reed block. new plug and crank seals fitted, it has no power hardly, seems to tick over OK and rev freely when standing,it has me stumped for now, please help. p.s i am unable to adjust the pilot air screw as it seized, could this be my problem?. i bought the bike as a non runner so have no history of how the bike ran before.

Try puting a intake bit on the air box. Have you rebuilt the engine then

I've seen a good fast 100mph bike be redused back to a standard 75mph bike after an over tune. may years back when i was 17 my mate had the fastest MBX125 around un till he had it tuned to make it even faster .
