Hi all, Went to Brands Hatch today with Mouse, for a BMCRC championship round of racing. What a great day, weather was fantastic and the grids were packed. Great atmosphere - very friendly, and really competitive racing. Met Martin from Madbiker designs who had his 421 plus a new addition; Mouse rode there on his gorgeous hybrid Lc; Also met Richard - Kitkat on this forum, who trailered down his Mito which is a work in progress; There were some stunning race bikes on show , and Terry Rymer did some laps on his old Fz; Peter Day was there with a couple of Terry's old bikes too; ` And how about a genuine Capirossi Gp bike; Also met Colin Seeley, 78 years young and a really nice fella. He's doing some parade laps in his outfit tomorrow; Mouse tried the sidecar outfit for size, but didn't fit easily; Loved this sticker on the fairing; 20 races of 6 laps and busy grids meant some great racing, lots of thrills plus a few spills ! One poor fella binned right in front of us and his bike caterpulted up and over the tyre wall !; There is another round at Brands on 4-10-14. Well worth a look. Regards Dusty

I took a pic of the LC hybrid. I was liking the white tank decals on the black tank. Very nice looking bike

Hi, Cool pics, thanks for posting.
While looking throught the pics, I noticed the blue/white FZ 750 (I think thats what it is?) with the number 7 on it, and the Garozzo Motorcycles, Sidcup, Kent graphics.
I was thinking to my self, where have I heard of Garozzo Motorcycle before? After some head scratching it came to me, and I dug out my full vehicle history, for my recently restored LC that I sent of to the DVLA for some time ago.
That is where my LC came from when it was new, reg number LGX 652 W and was first registered by a Mr Colin Richard Balman from Welling and first registered on 15/08/1980.
I am the 18th owner of the bike, and I have owned it since 2000, I had it on the road for a year in 2000, and put it back on the road last year after restoring it.
Reading through the history, it started life in London, then slowly headed north after a brief spell in Wales, and eventualy ended up in Scotland with several owners, then I got my hands on it.
A quick google looks like Garozzo motorcycles are still trading?
Thanks again for posting the pics, cheers, steven.

Hi, Nice bit of history regarding your Lc. Strange how they end up going all over the country ! The funny thing regarding the blue Fz is that it went out and did the laps, and I mentioned to Mouse that the rider looked like he really knew how to ride/race. Didn't realise Terry Rymer was riding it . To be fair, Mouse recognised the bike when it was on the track, but we had no idea Rymer was onboard. Penny dropped when we saw him in the paddock loading it in the back of his van!! Dusty

Terry is a local to Brands. Quite often used to see him down the Oakdene Café nearby on Wrotham Hill next to the M20 exit.
