Steve, the air cooled are great bikes. Sadly, I don't have mine any more. I had a 250e more or less the same as the f. They wind up really well with the standard (larger than lc) 28mm carbs. Enjoy.

Yes pal only when she is washed I will be going through it al tomorrow and what's black and shiney will be off for power coating on monday or Tuesday  |

£350.00 = TOTAL BARGAIN  Looks like an "F" model with the red wheels, and should have dog leg levers. Enjoy the rebuild, they are great bikes. Dusty |

Went through everything today and no key so I will put a wanted ad for a key 3338 but got a bit of sand blasting done tho but my mate came round and had to go to doncaster to have a look at a lc with a ypvs in Muuuuuu

Fancy a LC with a YPVS engine in, was it any good ?, key no bother, has guy you bought it off not got it hung up somewhere ?

No for me Pete for my mate it was ok but had a cab fault as for the key no if no one gets intouch I will see about geting one cut  |

No for me Pete for my mate it was ok but had a cab fault as for the key no if no one gets intouch I will see about geting one cut No you pea brian, I meant I fancy a LC but with a YPVS engine ? god your trouble some, can't wait for summer ! still got the other one to re build engine etc yet, cleaned carbs and all bits have arrived now, reed valves new pistons rebore and head done and enough stuff to re build power vales too..... bet your enjoying some thing differant eh, don't think your rd 250 will start any how without a little work, so no need to rush for the key Ha |

Silly me  yes got a lot done today got all the bits for power coating and a lot of painting in etching primer as well today so all in all a very productive day for me |
